Ensure implementation of key HSSE processes in word and spirit. Appointing and managing rural distributors in the allocated territories. Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and Profitability. Effective the Client's CSD/Rural Channel Management. Ensure implementation and adherence of sales processes and system for efficient and effective sales. Operations as laid out in country rural strategy, like Rural MIS and Operational Health of the channel. Lead and Champion the Safety, Quality and compliance agenda within B2C Rural Lubricants team and ensure.

Other Details

Experience of 5-7 years in channel sales & managing distributors is essential. Experience in Third Party Management and Implementation of Area Rural Sales Strategy.(Should impact Reach, Advocacy & Key product Sales) Increase market reach. Execution capabilities for Implementation of key marketing programs & ensure quality activation at Dealers. Ability to develop and enthuse CSD & KAE sales team. Track Competition and develop in-depth regional market intelligence and suggest action plans. Distributor Management and Bazaar Trade. Should have experience of interior markets. Should be able to drive a four wheeler on work. Job involves 15 20 days of travel outside base location. Needs to possess a valid four wheeler driving license.
