The inside sales team at iZooto is at the centre of all our customer interactions. Inside sale associates are responsible for managing inbound enquiries (Indian and international) and signups/acquisition, on boarding these customers, nurturing them and driving revenue.
We're looking for a candidates with 0-1 years’ experience for Inside Sales role. This role is for an actionable analytics product and an ideal candidate should have ability to learn quickly, communicate swiftly and more importantly understanding of managing relationships
You will be expected to:
- Generate revenue by working through pre-qualified leads
- Present & demonstrate our solutions to customers via the phone/web meetings.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing in order to drive revenue for company
- Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns and update on a weekly basis
- Strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
- Analysing multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Follow-up on Marketing-generated leads in order to qualify them in an efficient manner, and ensure high translation of lead to revenue.
