Objective of the role

To assist Line Manager in Cement additive product segment business strategies & implementation activities and Provide technical support to sales team in conducting Plant scale trials with cement additives at cement plants.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

Extending technical support to sales team in conducting plant trials with cement additives at cement plants
Providing trial performance inputs to Technical team for fine tuning of products
Customer complaint analysis and evaluation
Trouble shooting
Assisting Product Segment Manager in Marketing activities
Provide needful inputs to Technical team regarding customer requirement in development of new products and assist in development of new products

SECONDARY
Assist QC Chemist in evaluation of cement additive at lab scale.
Provide needful inputs to Technical team regarding customer requirement in development of new products and assist in development of new products.
Assisting Product Segment Manager in promotional strategic planning and implementing business plan
To generate competitor activity report
Preparing regular reports according to management reporting system
Other Details

Desired Candidate Profile:- 2 years of experience in cement manufacturing plants, working in Process or quality depts.
