  • Responsible for sales and business development of water and waste water
    treatment components / products through dealers/channel partners/OEMs.
    Lead generation & identification of prospective customers in the assigned
    territory.
    Overall sales responsibility of the region.
    Key Account management
    Focuses efforts on understanding and meeting internal and external
    customer needs.
    Effective Query Handling & Customer Satisfaction
    Timely collection of outstanding payments from the dealers & distributors.
    Market scanning for Channel partners, OEMs and MEP consultants and
    building a connect program to build business and Product acceptance.
    Design and implement a strategic business plan at cluster level that
    expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
    with them and understanding their needs
    Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
    management team
    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
    products and competition status
    Dealer Network Creation & Management
    MIS reporting
    Develop his reporting team to take next level challenges
