  • Job Description:*
    • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
    • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; relevant databases; email/ SMS enquiries; advertising portals; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
    • Qualification of leads by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
    • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
    • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
    • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
    • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and develop content, marketing materials and different strategies to promote those offerings.
    • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
    • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
    • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
    • Seek branding opportunities through various means; work on emailing software and develop promotional campaigns.
