Details

  • Communicate directly with all sterling group and other business inbound and outbound calls via telephone and receptions.
    Follow Tele etiquettes in all the inbound and outbound calls.
    Follow Professional Grooming per the defined policy.
    Respond promptly to the customer inquiries placed by phone, email and mobile application.
    Capture customers call details in internal software.
    Coordinate for customer concerns within defined TAT with HODs of all sterling group and other business and various process owners.
    Communicate and co-ordinate for the closure of patient concerns and lead generation with all sterling group and other business.
    Coordinate with Phlebotomist for the home sample collection and ensure home sample collection has been done on time.
    Prepare process related reports and forward to the HODs concerned.
    Give Training to new team members as and when the need arises.
    Follow the Job responsibilities of PRO (Public Relation Officer) in all sterling group and other business if the need arises.
    Maintain the rule of confidentiality of data and communication pertaining to all internal and external communication occurring in Healthline.
    Accepting and Executing whatever and whichever assignments, profiles, roles given by the organization for fulfillment with due commitment and honesty.

    Good Communication Skill in Hindi, English and Gujarati
    Willing to work in shifts
