Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:

  • MBA/ Post Graduate/ Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/HR.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sourcing of candidates and recruitment. Prior experience in recruiting Fundraisers will be an asset.
  • Experience of working on the social media & leveraging it for recruitments.

Special Skills and Abilities :

  • Self-starter and capable to work under pressure with ability to multitask
  • Must have good analytical, problem solving, decision making & people management skills.
  • Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, relationship building and networking skills, with proven track record with search firms.
