Hindi Teacher : Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with Hindi as one of the elective subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates)or with Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachat Samiti Wardha or with Sastri from Orissa Rastrabhasa Parisada, Puri or with Snataka (Acquired by june -2005, the 0 date up to which the temporary recognized has been granted) from Hindi Sikshaya Samit, Orissa, Cuttack or an equivalent degree from a recognized institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) and Hindi Sikshyan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra/ B. H. Ed. Hindi (a course prescribed by NCTE) from a institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university /B.Ed in Hindi (a course prescribed by NCTE) from 'Dakhin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Madras, Institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university. OR Bachelor's degree with Hindi as one of the optional/ Hons Subject with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates) and M.A in Hindi with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

BSc., BEd. Teacher : He/she must have obtained bachelor degree certificate in Science (CBZ/PCM) (with two school subjects) from a recognised University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates ) along with a Degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) from an institution recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized University. (For the post of BA.Bed/BSc.BEd. the candidates must have to pass OSSTET conducted by BSE, Odisha within the prescribed timeline. Failure which, action will be taken as per Govt Guide lines). Preference will be given to the OSSTET passed candidates.

Sanskrit Teacher : Bachelor Degree with Sanskrit as one of the optional/ Hons. subject from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates ) with Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit) ( a course prescribed by NCTE) from a recognised University/ Institution recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized University OR Shastri (Sanskrit) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates ) from recognized University and Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit) ( a course prescribed by NCTE) from a recognized University / Institution recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized University. OR Acharya (Except Jyotishacharya and Ayurvedacharya) or Sahityacharya with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. OR Bachelor's Degree with Sanskrit as one of the optional/ Hons. subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/OBC/SEBC candidates ) and M.A in Sanskrit with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised University. In case trained candidates are not available, untrained candidates shall be engaged. (The-untrained candidates shall have to undergo required training within the time line as prescribed by Govt.)

Other Details

PET : +2 or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/ PH/ OBC/ SEBC candidates ) and CPEd from recognised Board/University. ISc.CT : He / She must have passed C.TJDIET with Intermediate/+2 of Science with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/ PH/ OBC/ SEBC candidates) from a recognised Council with OTET. IA.CT : He / She must have passed C.T. with Intermediate/+2 of Arts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/ PH/ OBC/ SEBC candidates) from a recognised Council with OTET.
