Job Description:

  • To handle Outbound Calls.
  • Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
  • Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
  • Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
  • Experience in any selling process will be an advantage
  • Eligibility: Should have excellent communication skill in English
  • Candidate having prior experience in International BPO will be added advantage.
  • Fresher are also welcome.
  • Age is no bar
  • Must be comfortable with the night shift.
