We are hiring for Customer Service Representative!

Location: Noida

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage customer care number & E-mail for the company.
  • Responsible for verifying and handling customer leads and queries via calls and emails.
  • Coordinates with the concerned person in the sales team to ensure that the customer is attended.
  • Coordinates with the customer and sales team member for an appointment for assistance at the showroom
  • Follow-up and track on customer inquiries
  • Maintains the record of all inquiries & related details in Computer Systems
  • Provides all Back-office support tasks like sending and receiving emails
Other Details

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Windows, Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English is a must, Intent towards sales and marketing will be a plus point
