    Take the calls regarding desktop, networking issues.

    Handling tickets regarding network issues.

    Transfer the calls or tickets to concern tech team for further resolving process.

    Following up with the employees.

    Close the tickets.

    Excellent communication is a must.

    Experience: Fresher.

    CTC: 19,000 + 1200 food allowance.

    Location: Electronic city.

    Client: IBM

    Rotational shift: Maximum 11 pm.
