  • Responsible for handling users emails & calls
  • Responsible for troubleshooting potential technical issues with the users.
  • Responsible to manage the open tickets in queue & closure follow up in the CRM.
  • Need to ensure adherence to process & deliver operational requirement.
  • Good communication, flexible with shift timings for 24/7 process.
Other Details

Only B.Tech or B.E. graduate freshers are eligible (Any stream).
