Job Responsibilities:

To actively participate in marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending fair events.

To ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives to drive sales for the project.

To liaise with marketing teams for all communication related to the projects.

To follow the leads from the market, follow up with prospective clients, exploring new clients and selling residential properties.

To contact potential clients to promote the projects.

To interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets, and geographic limitations and to ensure the clients are verified and qualified to initiate business conversations.

To negotiate and convince offers or schemes with clients to purchase residential property.

To develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentations and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.

To liaise between company and the customers for up-to-date status of project, pricing.

To develop relations with existing and new key customers to help facilitate continued sales opportunities and identify project performance issues.

To ensure that prospects and clients are satisfied with their interaction with all touch-points.
