Job Description Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree- Any Stream
Experience(Desirable)
6- 12 Months of customer service experience in voice process
Experience in UK Insurance
Experience in UK General Insurance (Motor/ Home/ Pet)
Overall Purpose Of Job
Handle queries/ tasks or make outbound calls from / to customers within required handling time and at appropriate quality levels
Identify tasks requiring escalation and escalate to right person
Contribute to team performance and goals through individual performance and suggestions for improvement where sought

Responsibilities/ Authorities
Resolve tasks from end customers of the client
Follow collections, claims or sales guidelines
Deliver on all client SLAs defined from time to time
Handle work allotted from time to time
