Project entitled: “Ending micronutrient malnutrition through value added traditional rural fermented dairy foods of Haryana and Rajasthan”.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Microbial Biotechnology/Nutrition Biology/Molecular Medicine/Life Sciences/or in any other relevant subject with at least 60% marks or equivalent with NET or M.Tech. Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering.
Desirable Qualification: Little research exposure in the area of fermentation technology/molecular biology; and proficiency in computational skills.
