KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Resource Planning.
2. Identifying the right channel to sources for appropriate candidate.
3. Screening, shortlisting the profiles and scheduling the interviews.
4. Responsible to coordinate & motivate the selected candidates.
5. Responsible to take care of new employee Joining Formalities.
6. Responsible for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees.
7. Responsible to maintain function wise sanctioned and available manpower data.
8. Responsible to identify the new placement consultancy with low service cost and to ensure the renewal and payments of the existing consultancies.
9. Handling Grievances in coordination with higher ups.

Experience 0-1YRS
Qualification MBA/MHRM
Note: Preferably Female Candidates.
