Master/ Bachelor degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred but not required.
Having 5-8 years of experience working in a technical business analyst role
Previous experience with online banking software and/or solid understanding of banking systems/operations.
Minimum of 3+ years software development /installation/support/ project management preferred.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and Point of contact for both internally and the Client.
Experienced in working with teams in different time zones including India & US.
Facilitates discussions to elicit and understand client needs, requirements, and priorities.
Work with product owner, project manager & delivery teams in translating features and requirements into a fully-formed user stories that describes the needs, features, constraints, and scope of a project.
When necessary, develop Visio diagrams or other illustrations to communicate project workflows and conditions to facilitate understanding of the project.
Ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible given the technological, resource, and schedule constraints of the project.
When necessary, provide development with design information including, but not limited to, data field mapping, proposed report layouts, and UI design ideas.
Help the client understand the work they need to perform internally in order to support the designed solution.
Review development and quality assurance artifacts for traceability purposes.
Participate in Internal QA and Customer Acceptance Testing to confirm that the delivered solution successfully implemented.
