Support planning and implementation of L & PD programs at the plant with support from guidance from senior program managers.
Support implementation of calendared training programs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. These may include coordination for nominations, logistics, working with subject matter experts, internal and external trainers, and other support functions to ensure training delivery
Deliver training programs / facilitate workshops
Program manage learning in blended mode through enterprise social media platforms, virtual learning modes and learning through technology.
Support in Content creation / curation
Ensure roll out of feedback, assessments or follow-up work for programs managed.
Support knowledge updates for the L & D team, HR team and Business operations
Coordinate for special program drives or events.
Education Qualification : MSW / MHRM / MBA HR / L & D / M.A.HR
Certifications in L & D /L &D sub-functions would be an added advantage
Number of Years of Experience : 0 to 2 years
Professional Exposure: Experience in L & D / Employee onboarding functions would be desirable
