  • - Handling HR activities like Employee Retention, R&R, Counseling.

  • - Managing HR system for maintaining the employee database & Organizational Structure
  • - Maintaining various HR-MIS reports for efficient decision making.
  • - Exit Management- Handling Exit Interviews and processing Final settlement as per Company's norm.
  • - Engage with Key stakeholders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.
  • - Looking for MBA HR Professionals with relevant years of experience in Employee Relations and Engagement.
