- Managing HR system for maintaining the employee database & Organizational Structure
- Maintaining various HR-MIS reports for efficient decision making.
- Exit Management- Handling Exit Interviews and processing Final settlement as per Company's norm.
- Engage with Key stakeholders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.
