a) Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills b) Comfortable working on Direct client and third party and Tier-1 Vendor requirements c) Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc d) Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc e) Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc) f) Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, CareerBuilder, etc. g) Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets h) Candidate must be able to demonstrate a respectable placements. i) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team. j) Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc.
