8.Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling the entire secretarial and assistants job, including table work.

Keeping a track record of all the events including the forecasting on the pipeline project.

Representative on behalf of Director.

Dictation/Letter drafting of legal letters and applications to government departments.

Travel booking, Travel Expense Management / make andkeeping a record of billpayments. -

Correspondence/ important records of documents.

Maintaining client relationship.

Coordinating & fixing an appointment.

Handling responsibilities in absence of specific authority.
