Roles and Responsibilities:-
Dynamic self starter with extensive experience in Front Office Management. The person in this role would be responsible for managing the Front Office with coordination between Admin and HR Dept.
Attending to office reception and welcoming guests to the office
Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Ability to support and complement the office admin manager in all operational / administrative duties
Co-ordinate with all service providers (Vendors) for smooth day-to-day operations.
Ability to communicate fluently and great presentation skills
Taking care of dispatch, keeping records for incoming and outgoing Courier.
Maintaining of Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, Daily Consumables etc.)

Conceptual thinking, flexibility and ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities
