Sify is looking for Male Team leader to handle a team of 30 Members for our Hyderabad Gachibowli office.

Summary: Manage the performance of services to customers (24 x 7, 365 days per year), ensure that service levels are achieved in line with contracts and that customers expectations are met or exceeded
Ultimate responsibility for ownership of all customers incidents or logged service requests
Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards
Provide information about incidents analysis and Provide management and performance reports
Identify and implement improvements to the Service Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers
Ensure that teams KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated properly
Manage a team of 20-30 members maintaining performance of your respective team as per the agreed SLA'S
Monthly Review & Presentations of reports to reporting manager, Should be good at Excel and MIS work
weekly preparation of team roasters and tracking shift adherence
Monitoring call quality& providing feedback to associates
Timely action plans for BQ performers and coaching them to achieve the targets
Team rapport, Team Player, motivation Coaching and mentoring flexible, work under pressure, people management.
Rotational shifts with no cab facilities.
