Requirement For Legal Trainee - On Contract

The incumbent shall be responsible for:

  • Conformance with all legal document requirements related to the retail sale, franchising, marketing, service, e-commerce, payment gateway, trademarks, copyrights and all other aspects of the business of manufacturing and retail sale.
  • Successful closure of documents/agreements /notices and replies from a legal perspective.
  • Legal negotiations on commercial contracts.
  • Attention to detail and excellent research skills.


In the role, the following indicative list of responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

  • Draft legal documents such as Franchise Agreements, Retail Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Advertising Agreements, Product Endorsement Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, E-Commerce Agreements, etc.
  • Represent company at contract negotiations on legal issues.
  • Keep abreast of and inform business units on relevant developments in the marketing and retail industry such as court ruling or legislative amendments.
  • Provide inputs in operational matters to ensure desired support to the business.
