Education and Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales domain with atleast 1 year in automobile
Knowledge about automobile industry desirable.
Conversant with social media applications and MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
Meet and greet all customers promptly and be well groomed and wear Mahindra Uniform.
Completes Customer Records (CDIF) form and online enquiry on digital tool accurately
Meets or exceeds monthly income and sales goals
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer and identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
Actively contribute to increase in SSI score by increasing satisfied and happy customers
Builds customer loyalty and promotes the dealership brand image.
Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks.
Sells accessories, Insurance and Finance products.
Delivers vehicle to customers in a positive and memorable way.
Effectively prospects by phone, mail, e-mail and face-to-face to meet prospect generation targets.
Ensures usage of Kiosk/Tablets to give differentiated selling experience to Customers.
Contacts previous customers, especially those who are ending their finance tenure, about new product arrivals.
Notifies prospects of upcoming special programs and promotions
Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees
Maintains an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Refers existing manuals, publications and other written documents to obtain needed information
Keeps up-to-date on Mahindra products and competitor products
