Ensure the wage sheet payroll is processed accurately including calculation of service allowance.
Entering new joining details in the software, allocating ID numbers & uploading finger templates on the same day of joining for accurate tracking of attendance.
Maintain the confidentiality of Payroll data.
Updation of leave cards by the end of the month.
Updation of OT details with reason wise on daily basis and prepare data of auto fares etc. for payment of OT.
Ensure calculation of leave encashment and arrange payment to the associates in the month of January.
Ensure the Bonus of associates is processed accurately and paid before November every year as per the timelines fixed by the management.
Checking accurate attendance and provide the same to Finance for the purpose of processing Production incentives for directs and monthly for Indirects.
IP creation for newly joined Employees in ESI portal. & giving proper guidelines to the IP person regarding Medical Leave and Maternity Leave, etc.
Providing required inputs like FORM-5, Relievers & Wage details for generating EPF & ESI challans.
