· Generation of sales (min 5 No.) and also focus on revenue.
· Proper followup with the customers on time..
· Taking up maximum open leads and followup (Min 180).
· The RM has to generate their own leads by add posting if there ARM are busy.
· Immediate intimation of escalation leads to Team Leader or Management whoever is free to take the call.
· Proper explanation of all the projects as per customer requirements by resolving general queries to the extent that the customer should get clear in his/her mind as to which project he/she wants to take either or your own or with the help of team leader and manager.
