  • Develop Sales forecasts for India and Inventory management strategies with Supply Chain Manager and Regional Sales Team.
  • Consolidated Sales & Marketing Reporting to Sales Director
  • Facilitate in preparation of annual Sales Budgets, and draw action plans for achieving the same. Manage relevant reporting of Management and financial information for the sales and marketing activities in toto.
  • Review & action plans to monthly variances in the Sales
  • Market Research & obtaining potential business/Customer leads.
  • Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison with Customers and Operations to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • New product development planning and management in coordination with other Key Managers.
  • Developing Business plans (short-term, medium-term and long term)
  • Co-ordination with All India sales team for inquiries & potential leads
  • Detailed Sales Analysis and Periodical Management Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) as per Corporate norms.
  • Addressing Customer Calls and maintaining a track record.
  • Field Visits to Customers in the assigned territory.
  • Effective management of Account Receivables in accordance with Company’s trade policies and safeguarding Company’s credit policy.
  • Pro-actively support the Commercial Dept. for timely collection of Statutory forms and Road Permits for routine sales Transactions
  • Managing Sales Data Base on periodical basis.
  • Internal Order Tracking with Customer Service and Supply Chain.
  • Propose any acquisition opportunities with detailed analytical report to synergize Company’s Sales Growth.
  • Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
  • Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, and policy.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
