The Department of Clinical Sciences and Nutrition wish to appoint a suitable individual to the position of Lecturer in Nutrition and Health Sciences.
The department is one of the largest providers of postgraduate nutrition programmes in the UK and has been responsible for delivering dietetics education and training on behalf of the North West region since 2002. This is an exciting opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the education and training of students in nutrition and related health sciences and inspire the potential workforce of the future.

As a lecturer in the department you will be expected to make a significant contribution to teaching, learning and assessment relating to the delivery of our Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
Candidates must possess a degree in nutrition/dietetics and health sciences, preferably with knowledge of the social sciences and a higher degree in a relevant subject area, professional registration, and previous experience of learning, teaching and assessment in higher education. There will be opportunities for career progression for an exceptional candidate.
