JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team.
  • No cold calling or random calling.
  • Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
  • Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers.
  • Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
  • Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
  • Strong command over English.
  • Proficient with Mental Math’s.
  • Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning.

  • Good communication skills, confidence to handle call
