Job Summary:

  • We are hiring for International Voice Process (BPO) for the post - Technical Support Engineers in Pune.
  • We are associated with Big Brand Companies who have a continuous requirement.
  • We are looking for Graduate Freshers as well as Under Graduates with International Voice Experience of minimum 6 months (will be a additional benefit).
  • For Undergraduates different companies have their own policy accordingly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Depending on the Process the posts duties include - Customer Service into Voice process for Technical or likewise queries related to computers, networking, Insurance related support, application support and the candidate must have knowledge about active directory as well.
  • This will include resolving the issues related to networks.
  • The candidate should be flexible to work for a voice process.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Support, Technical Support Executive, Technical Support Engineer, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, Customer Support, TSE, Tech Support, TSR, TSA, Voice Support Executive, Technical Voice Process, Technical Voice Support.
  • Should be flexible with work timings 24 * 7.
  • Graduate Fresher / Undergrads / Experienced Candidates ( as per company criteria & requirements by the clients).
  • Minimum qualification no bar ( depending on company criteria).
  • Should posses Good/ Excellent and Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Relevant Experience in International Voice process will add as a benefit for Hike in last drawn salary Benefits.
