Duties and Responsibilities
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, Wiki, User Manuals, Installation Guides, Datasheets, Technical Whitepapers, developer guides, Troubleshooting, Training Manuals.
Standardize content across platforms and media.
Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work well independently.
Bachelors degree with 2-5 years experience in professional technical writing.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office including MS Visio.
Deliver high quality documentation.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.
Participate in peer reviews for own and other's work.
Create API documents, Functional Specifications (not mandatory),FAQ.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Explore new technology and feature Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
