  • First point of contact in the hotel
  • Represent the hotel to the guests through all stages of a guests stay
  • Handling and managing the guests requests from check in to check out
  • Communicate effectively with guests and other departments of hotel especially house keeping team
  • Handle guests and the rooms and maintain records
  • Understands rooms, room status, room locations
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicating with other hotel departments on the status of guest rooms
  • Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
  • Promote hotel and Up sell rooms whenever possible
  • Handling cash payments, invoicing, posting
  • Maintain a clean front desk area
Requirements
  • Qualification: BA, 12th Pass (HSE), Diploma
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Skills: ENGLISH SPEAKING
