Recruitment For Junior HR
Coordinate and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
Coordinating with Senior HR’s.
Plan and execute campus recruiting activities.
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position.
Conduct pre screening interviews.
Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Skills Required :

Good in English Communication.
Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment.
