Have 2 - 5 years of experience in HR Generalist profile.

Should be well versed with Excel.

Brief Job Descriptions :
Responsible for HR operations, issuance of various letters & mails.
Excellent manpower management capabilities.
Resolving queries and guiding the employees, grievances handling.
Leave Management. Weekly, monthly, half yearly performance review of the employees.
Handling Salary processing (calculating PF, ESI, etc if needed) Counselling the employees.
Recruitment skill will be a plus point.
Organizing and managing Events & functions. Have to handle hard performance & discipline related conversations with employees.
