Monitor companies that are held in the portfolio as well as others that are being actively researched – keep up with news flow, monitor schedules for earnings releases
Support Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among top clients.
Liaison between Sales, Product and Operations on all projects.
This includes communicating project objectives and study design to Product and Operations teams, overseeing project fieldwork and project deliverables, team and client updates.
Evaluate potential investments through industry
Coordinates closely with the executive and development team over chat and email.
Recommends web site features based on Internet market surveying and research
Researches competing web sites and gathers and tabulates competitive information.
Handles web site email/chat correspondence/support/inquiries with potential clients or existing clients.
Develops business leads through online research and prioritizes/qualifies the leads based on predetermined criteria.
Initiates and follows up sales driven communications with leads using emailusing email
