  • RPC should be 85 and above
  • Quality should be 90% and above
  • Proficiency in vernacular language
  • Ensure 8 hours of productive login hours
  • Adhere to the shift timings
  • Resolve/Forward the customer’s complaints/Concerns
  • Assist less experienced CROs wherever necessary
  • Capture 100% interaction details in CRM
