Responsibilities –

  • Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process, proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete
  • Contacting and maintaining a good relationship with the customers regularly throughout the year
  • Maintaining high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with them
  • Effectively communicating with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
  • Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements
  • Leveraging the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
  • Following up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
