Recruitment For Associate Consultant-Recruitment
As an associate consultant, he/she will be responsible for managing talent acquisition (Recruitment)activities for one or more of our clients. Some of the key activities are:
MBA or PGDM (Without Standing Arrears)- Freshers are welcome
Other Graduates / Post graduates with 3 months to 12 months of Recruitment Experience
Understanding client requirements, client selection process and identify the profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement
Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile
Searching the candidates through Internal databases, Job boards and through your own networking
Understand candidate’s resumes, career plans and evaluate role fitment.
Counsel candidates on how they should plan their career moves.
Positioning relevant candidates to clients
Follow up till the requested job position is closed.
Manage client relationships & candidate relationships
Adherence to CareerNet’s Service Excellence framework comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee development initiatives.
for other Graduates except MBA- 3 months of Exp in Recruitment is mandatory ( Tech / Non-Tech)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary Package: Depending on experience
