Aftercare Manager
We are looking to recruit an Aftercare / Customer Care Manager to work for a leading main contractor based in Manchester. An ideal candiate will have relevant construction education qualifications, experience working on major high rise developments with well known reputable main contractors / developers. Already acted in the role of Customer Care/ Aftercare Manager on large proejcts. Key Responsibilities: * The full implementation of the Delivering Excellence in After-Care Strategy * * Experience and Qualifications: To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the below experience: * Proven experience working in a customer facing role * A strong technical awareness of construction techniques and solutions * SMSTS * Knowledge and awareness of construction operations and procedures * Excellent organisation skills * Strong communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to work autonomously * Experience of working on a wide range of projects both in value and complexity as well as having experience of dealing with post completion defects * Experience in maintaining and developing client relationships and key skills in project planning and time management and effective communication to manage client, clients Facilities Managers, sub-contractors and site based personnel.
