JOBENABLERS offers Employers, Recruitment Consultancies, Training and Educational Institutions with a platform to manage their Recruitment, Assessment, Training and Placement needs. JOBENABLERS also offers Job Seekers and Students a platform to get hired (hereinafter the “Services”).
The Admin Account can be accessed by any authorized personnel who will give access to others in their Organization. They shall have access to all the documents and certificates uploaded in the Digital Briefcase. The User agrees and acknowledges that removal of any of the members by the Admin is a matter between the Admin and the member and the same cannot be associated with JOBENABLERS in any way.
The Users are required to use the Services such as the Digital Briefcase (where Jobseekers/Students and Organisations can upload their artefacts, certificates etc., and share it with prospective Employers using the “Applicant Tracking System”) with utmost care and any misuse thereof shall not be the liability of JOBENABLERS.
The Users using the Live Proctoring option required by some Employers agree and understand that they will be under vigilance during the said period and the live monitoring images will be shared with the respective Employers. The Users agree to indemnify JOBENABLERS from any liability arising from the misuse of any of the Services provided by JOBENABLERS.
The Services are not available to persons under the age of 16 (except students added by Educational Institutions to their private database) or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by JOBENABLERS. By accepting these Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Services or the App, You represent that You are at least 16 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use this Site or to access the Service, you may be required to provide personal information (such as email id or contact information) as part of registration process, or as part of continued use of the Site and the Service. You agree that any registration information you give to JOBENABLERS will be accurate, correct and up to date. JOBENABLERS reserves the right to disclose to Job Seeker and/or Student details and other relevant information provided by Job Seeker and/or Student to Employers or Recruitment Consultancies or Training Institutions or Educational Institutions. Employer or Recruitment Consultant or Training Institution or Educational Institution contact details would not be made available in the job description. However, Job Seekers or Student would be able to see the contact details of contact person once they reach to certain stage in the recruitment process.
Each account can be linked to their respective social networking account (such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc) in order provide further details about themselves. You can decide in your sole discretion what information you want to share with others in this manner. You have a right to change these options at any time.

The job posting and resume database features of JOBENABLERS may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees.

CONTENTS POSTED ON SITE
You may use information on the products and services purposely made available on the Website for downloading, provided that You (1) do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
HIRE A CONSULTANT
JOBENABLERS facilitate a special functionality called delegate or hire a consultant.
The Employers and Consultants agree and acknowledge that all agreements relating to their employment shall be done offline and not on JOBENABLERS’ Portal. You agree and understand that we bear no responsibility in case you (Employers or Consultants) violate the terms and conditions agreed prior.
Though JOBENABLERS verifies and approves a consultant to get delegated or hired, we will not assure that the consultant will get the job done within the agreed time lines.
You agree and understand that JOBENABLERS will not guarantee any Job Seeker to get hired via delegation functionality and we are nowhere responsible for such actions. You acknowledge that you are using the delegation functionality after understanding the procedure, terms and conditions completely.
JOBENABLERS is not responsible if the said delegate or consultant leaves the job. The Employer agrees and understands that the responsibility to retain such delegate and consultant will lie with him and will depend solely on the agreement between them.
JOBENABLERS will not charge Jobseeker, Employer or Consultant separately to use Hire a Consultant functionality, however, Employers and Consultant should be in a specific subscription plan offered by JOBENABLERS in order to use the functionality.
By accepting the terms and conditions the User accepts that JOBENABLERS may send the alerts to the mobile phone number provided by the User while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the User. The User acknowledges that the alerts will be received only if the mobile phone is in 'On' mode to receive the SMS. If the mobile phone is in 'Off' mode then the User may not get / get after delay any alerts sent during such period. The User acknowledges that the SMS service provided by JOBENABLERS is an additional facility provided for the User's convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. The alerts may also be received via e-mails. In the event the User observes any error in the information provided in the alert, JOBENABLERS shall be immediately informed about the same by the User and JOBENABLERS will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The User shall not hold JOBENABLERS liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the User on account of the SMS facility/E-mail facility. The User acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. JOBENABLERS shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever. By accepting the terms and conditions the User acknowledges and agrees that JOBENABLERS may call the mobile phone number provided by the User while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the User, for the purpose of collecting feedback from the User regarding their usage of services.
MODE OF PAYMENT
To process any financial transactions on the Portal/website, we use third-party electronic payment processors or service providers (ESPs). As required, you can permanently authorize us to instruct such ESPs to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from your account. You also permanently agree that in accordance with your requests as submitted, we may give such instructions on your behalf. You agree to be certain by the terms and conditions of use of each appropriate ESP. In the event of conflict between these Agreements and the ESP's terms and conditions, these Agreements shall prevail.
As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa / Master Card / Amex, the User will be required to submit his/her 16-digit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) while making an online transaction. The User must also have enrolled his/her card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) in order to complete the transaction.
The User takes full responsibility for payment of all taxes and fees that are levied or arise in the course of use of the Website. There are sometimes laws and taxes that affect Internet e-commerce. We don’t charge any amount during this period, you can make payment for Annual subscription after the trail period. Refunds are not provided after the trail period and in case you want to discontinue the subscription after a year, your subscription automatically moves to the Free plan.
